What a Virtual Coordinator does:

Effectively act as a liaison between the client, PIN’s team of virtual administrative assistants and PIN Leadership team. Promote positive employee relations practices in with the guidance of senior management/leadership. Provide advice and service to a team of Administrative staff on HR issues. Assist in developing HR practices/policies that promote increased productivity and quality

Position Duties:

  • Receive, investigate and respond to client feedback regarding virtual employees.

  • Collaborate with VP of Operations and Sr. Management to develop and promote positive employee relations practices, policies, and procedures. Recommend and implement ER programs/practices.

  • Provide consulting and coaching services on key employment issues to client and employees.

  • Assist in the resolution of sensitive matters including, but not limited to: coaching and counseling, performance documentation, discipline and discharge, reductions in force. Ensure employee privacy rights are maintained.

  • Develop recommendations/strategies to enhance positive employee relations processes. Conduct research; consult with internal and external resources in benchmarking HR practices.

  • Work with Recruiting Department to align expectations of staffing metrics, participate in the interview and selection process, and communicate job description information appropriately.


Salary/Classification: $12.50-13.00/hr.Full Time Department: Operations/HR
Schedule: 8am–5pm EST, Mon – Fri Other: NO TRAINING PROVIDED, NO BENEFITS

Must Have:

  • 2-4 years Supervisor / Management experience; HR related preferred.

  • Ability to maintain positive relationships and work well within a virtual team.

  • Ability to make independent decisions and demonstrate good judgment in the handling of issues; including those that involve sensitive and confidential information

  • Ability to maintain professionalism, calmly and smoothly manage multiple and ever-changing demands, details, and deadlines

  • Intermediate user of MS Outlook, Calendar, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

  • Ability to type at least 30 wpm.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, multi-tasking skills & detail oriented.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to quickly assess priorities and make adjustments as needed


Computer Skills testing required

Background check with no felony conviction within last 7 years

System Requirements:

Administrative Support personnel are supplied with a laptop which is used solely for the client’s business. The laptop will have all of the applications required to perform responsibilities. If a printer or other peripheral equipment is required, the client will supply. We advise employees to include the laptop on home owners’ insurance policy. The minimum bandwidth of a high-speed Internet connection is approximately 385kbps (kilobits per second). Normally DSL and Cable broadband connections will provide the proper speed. Employees are financially responsible for the monthly cost of broadband service. All employees are required to have a phone with unlimited long distance for team meetings. This phone whether land line or cell phone is the financial responsibility of the employee.
